1.- Prices
All our products include VAT. In the purchase note is reflected the detail of the costs of the order.
2.- Payment methods
You can choose between the following payment methods:
- "Credit/debit card": Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- "Paypal".
- "Bank Transfer".
We guarantee security and confidentiality whichever payment method you choose. In the case of the credit or debit card, the system is similar to the one used by an electronic cashier or a purchase in a physical store, that is to say, your data is transmitted directly to your bank, which is the one who accepts or rejects the payment.

4.- Returns
The maximum period to request the return of the product is 14 calendar days from receipt of order.
Reineta Blanca will be able to manage the return in the following cases:
- Product damaged by transport: the customer must indicate this on the delivery note provided by the carrier at the time of collection of the order. To do this we recommend that you check the status of the purchase at the time of receipt and keep a copy of the delivery note.
Subsequently, you should contact us by telephone 689566865 or by sending an e-mail to info@reinetablanca within 24 hours of receipt.
- Defective product in origin: Once we receive the defective product we will proceed to send a new one. In this case, the exchange will always be made for the same article or reference. The expenses derived from the return and shipment of the new order will be assumed by Reineta Blanca.
- Product that does not correspond to the order: Reineta Blanca will assume the costs associated with the return of the wrong order and in turn, with the costs of the new order.
- You are not satisfied with the purchase. In which case, all costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Once we have received the return and verify its correct condition we will refund the money for the product by the same method of payment in which you made your purchase.
Effective conditions of the return provided that:
- The article is returned correctly packed and with the original seal, in perfect conditions and with its original packing.
The return of the item will be made to the address indicated by Reineta Blanca at the time of processing the incident.
Reineta Blanca reserves the right to refund the money if the goods are not received properly sealed and / or in perfect condition, after receipt of the product in our offices and after making the appropriate verifications.

5.- Shipping and billing address
When providing your data you can enter two different addresses, one for billing and one for shipping, which is very useful if you want to make a gift or if you prefer that we deliver your order at another address other than your home.
Reineta Blanca is committed to protect the environment with the digitalization of information. If you want to receive the invoice on paper, please write to info@reinetablanca.com indicating the order number and shipping address for it.
6.- Shipment of the products
- Delivery service 2-4 working days after the formalization of the order. In remote areas the delivery time will be extended by 24 hours.
- Orders placed on holidays will be counted as placed on the next working day.
- Holidays do not count as a delivery day.
